1. Order Placement
1.1. Proper Order Placement
An order is considered correctly and fully placed if the customer provides complete information about the recipient and correctly enters contact details (fills in all required fields).
A fully placed order is accepted for processing, execution, and delivery only after 100% prepayment.
1.2. Agreement Effective Date
The agreement between the customer and the website takes effect from the moment the order is placed (on the website or by another convenient method).
All further actions related to the order are carried out within this agreement, and the customer confirms acceptance of all terms and conditions.
1.3. Order Placement and Delivery Time
- Orders are accepted and processed 24/7, without breaks or holidays.
- When placing an order, the customer can choose an available delivery date and time.
1.4. Order and Delivery Costs
- Delivery costs may vary in different cities.
- When placing an order, you must select the correct delivery city to see the actual cost.
- If the required city is not listed, please check the cost with an operator.
1.5. Additional Charges
- Some payment systems may charge a commission, which is added to the final order amount.
- All additional charges are displayed in the shopping cart when placing an order.
1.6. Additional Delivery Fees
- Promotional bouquets may incur an extra delivery fee.
- Additional items (chocolates, toys, etc.) may also be subject to a separate delivery fee.
1.7. Additional Services
1.7.1. "Surprise Delivery" Service
- The courier does not contact the recipient in advance and goes directly to the specified address.
- If the recipient is not available or the address is incorrect, the courier calls upon arrival at the location.
- In any case, the service is considered completed.
1.7.2. "Exact Time Delivery" Service
- Delivery is made at the specified time with a possible deviation of up to 30 minutes.
- If the recipient refuses to accept the order at the specified time, logistics personnel arrange a time convenient for the recipient.
- In any case, the service is considered completed.
1.7.3. "Photo Report" Service
- The courier photographs the recipient with the bouquet or gift.
- If the recipient refuses, the customer receives a photo of the bouquet without the recipient.
- In any case, the service is considered completed.
2. Order Processing, Execution, and Delivery
2.1. Order Processing
- Each order is assigned a unique number, which is sent to the customer via email.
- If the order is paid and correctly filled out, it is processed for execution.
- Minimum delivery time is 3 hours after payment.
- If the order contains incorrect information, its execution is suspended until clarification.
2.2. Order Execution
- Logistics personnel contact the recipient before delivery.
- If the recipient refuses to accept the order, the order is suspended, and the customer is informed.
- For the "Surprise Delivery" service, the order is delivered without prior confirmation and is considered completed even if the recipient refuses.
2.3. Order Delivery
- Delivery is carried out within the specified time interval (at least 3 hours).
- On holidays, delivery may take up to 6 hours.
- In case of bad weather, traffic congestion, or force majeure circumstances, a delay of up to 6 hours is allowed.
- If the courier cannot deliver the order due to an address error, the order is considered completed.
2.4. Delivery of Items from the "Sushi, Meat & Vegetable Bouquets, Fruit Baskets, Cakes" Section
- If the recipient does not respond within 4 hours after the order is ready, the order is disposed of and is non-refundable.
3. Returns and Refunds
3.1. Complaint Submission
- A complaint about the quality of flowers or goods must be submitted within 3 hours of delivery.
- Photo evidence is required. Photos sent later than 3 hours will not be considered.
- Complaints from third parties are not accepted.
3.2. Complaint Resolution
- The maximum complaint review period is 24 hours.
- If the flowers were initially of poor quality, a replacement or refund (partial or full) is possible.
- If an item is missing from the order, the company will deliver the missing item again at its own expense.
3.3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 3 days after the decision is made.
- The customer bears the payment system commission fee.
- In some cases, the refund may be partial.
4. Product Quality and Compliance
4.1. Product Quality
- All items are stored in accordance with regulations.
- Flowers are fresh, and all food products are purchased only from verified suppliers.
4.2. Product Compliance
- The delivered product may differ from the photo on the website.
- Substitutions of up to 30% of a bouquet may be made without prior approval.
- The color scheme and packaging may vary.
Final Provisions
The company reserves the right to change the terms of the agreement without prior notice. The changes take effect from the moment they are published on the website.
