1.3. Delivery Photo Report

A ProFlowers.ua employee may ask for the recipient’s permission to take a photo of the bouquet in their hands.

• With the recipient’s consent, we may send a photo report to the customer.
• The photo report is not mandatory and may not be provided.
• Some photos may be published on the "Delivery Photos" page.

If your photo appears on this page, but you would like it removed for any reason, please contact our support team, and we will delete it immediately.
