The holiday began with the light hand of one of the owners of the beer bar, named Jess Avshalomov, in the 2000s. Thus, Jess wanted to attract more visitors, rightly believing that such a fun holiday would not go unnoticed. Now, Beer Day is celebrated in over 50 countries around the world!

The leading country in beer consumption is the Czech Republic. It is followed by Ireland and Germany. Every year, in these countries, they drink, on average, 130 liters per person!
