Soup with buttermilk and potatoes:
Ingredients:

     500 g buttermilk
     500 g of potatoes
     1 onion
     3 cloves of garlic
     1 liter of broth (vegetable or meat)
     100 g of butter
     Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

     Chop the onion and garlic and fry in oil until golden.
     Add buttermilk and continue to fry until soft and golden.
     Add potatoes and broth and bring to a boil.
     Reduce the heat and simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
     Season the soup with salt and pepper to taste and serve with fresh herbs.

Fried buttermilk with garlic and parsley:
Ingredients:

     500 g buttermilk
     3 cloves of garlic
     2 Art. spoons of oil
     Salt and pepper to taste
     Fresh parsley

Instructions:

     Cut off the stems of buttercups and cut them into pieces.
     Heat oil in a pan and add buttermilk and chopped garlic.
     Fry over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, until the buttermilk turns golden.
     Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Gruzdi

Grudzi has useful properties, namely:

     High nutritional value: Gruzdi contains a lot of proteins, carbohydrates and fats, as well as B vitamins, vitamin E and minerals such as potassium, phosphorus and magnesium.
